What We Do

The most important skill in ice hockey is skating.  From youth hockey all the way through the professional ranks, skating skills are a critical element in improving your hockey.  This is why Pivotal Hockey is teaching a weekly class of high level intense power skating.  Pivotal Hockey is breaking down all aspects of skating including:

• Perfecting the forward stride,
• Balance
• Overspeed
• Agility
• Stops/Starts
• Turns
• Increasing backwards speed.
