Power Skating includes: Overspeed Training, Balance, Agility with and without the puck and much more!
Shooting includes: Wrist Shot, Backhand, Snap Shot, Slap Shot, One-timers, Rebounds, Deflections, Shot accuracy and Shooting on the move!
Skill Level: Our clinics offer training from Novice to Elite Hockey Players
Players will have their own training when we break into groups that force them to push themselves beyond their comfort zone
ALL Players are expected to have FULL ICE HOCKEY EQUIPMENT
